刚刚拜读了理财投资专业人士杨凡先生的一篇文章，其中揭露: 加拿大联邦政府刚公布的预算赤字为$190亿元，并有可能会增长到$200亿，是总理竞选时许诺的"$100亿元以下"的翻番(怎么又是翻番?)。作者还特意指出: "政府的财政赤字就是支出超过收入的部分"。

读到此处，笔者陷入了深思: 开源节流，是振兴经济的根本之法。债务如此高，应该设法节流，对吧? 若支出是为了振兴经济，譬如基础设施建设或必要的救市，那可以理解和接受。可若支出仅仅是为了执政者的理想，名声，选票，或其它目的，那就是在祸国殃民了。为此，笔者在网上做了研究，惊讶地发现，自从现总理执政以来，在安置难民上已经支出了数十亿元。2015年为引进25000叙利亚难民，总花费近$4亿元，2016年达$10亿元。光这两年的年花费，是2014年花费($6千4百万元)的6~15倍!

看到这样令人瞠目的对比数字，大家有何感想? 在赤字如此高，债台继续高筑，人民负担如此重的情况下，挥霍钱财，大量引进难民，是为了国家利益吗?

Instead, the Trudeau government spent $384.7 million on the program. They spent nearly four times as much as they said they would."
