this is very bad idea.

I really feel disappointed to see you can think such rediculous issue,
rather than to focus on your very short start intern!!!

You really think you are good enough in medical skill, medical spoken-
English? medical system and culture?

I'm sure yiou are potential trouble- or malpractice-maker if you now think
about this kind of things!!! I'm starting to worry the pts who will be under
your care!

我早说过了，这个蒙古牛X4年多在麦地贴过得正经教新人的有用帖子，到目前，我还
不需另一只手的指头就够用了。
这不，就是所谓“正经”帖，你们新人，想进门的或刚蒙进去还没开始的想知道如
何存活下去的INTERN-TO-BE，他就给你顾左右而言它，又是当医生受血汗工厂剥削
拉，又是玩股票该如何啦。正经你想知道的？他装13样子就来了：该去看书就看书，
该做什么就做什么。。。。。。

怎么看，如何做，这个装13蒙古牛X是一付天桥把式，袖子一揣，摇着鹅毛扇了。

我大学同班、我的朋友，比这厮当麻醉ATTENDING早，挣得也比这厮多，一个还有R01，
两人每年回国义务办班给国内提高水平做贡献，当我请他们来老刀会给新同学CMG做
讲座辅导，人家从来二话不说，并一再感谢我给他们尽义务的机会！

真正的正直和有水平的麻醉ATTENDING与这样的小人水平高下立判！

hehe, 很像又蒙对了嘛， new high in sight.

知道这个topic很不popular, 因为大多数的人没到关心这事的地步， 但知识本身并没
有错， 知道比不知道好。 这两天版上也有人问， 为这很像还给某人开除俱乐部了。
呵呵， don't worry, you didn't miss anything.

to get ahead, you need to know what others don't. investing is a skill just
like practice medicine. even more so because it is a constant new challenge
to your mind and resolve. Practice medicine, to majority of people, is
repetitive work. This is the last word i would say HERE on this topic.
