A German Corporation: 

You have 2 cows, your employee and you (being the owner/manager) reach consensus on key decisions.

A Scandinavian Corporation: 

You have 2 cows, you are required to treat the cows humanely,  recycle as much as possible, so that it is an environmentally sustainable business. 

A Russian Corporation:

You have 2 cows. Once they are producing milk, Putin takes them away, so you protest, then Putin puts you in jail.

A Trump Corporation:

Trump got 2 cows from his father, hired undocumented immigrant labor but refused to pay them wages, hired tax accountant to avoid paying taxes, borrowed money from the banks but then declared bankruptcy 6 times to avoid paying back the loans.
