My Phone Call to NYC Precinct 109 about "Police Record" on the August 24, 2022 Police Brutality onto Me

Right now, I am just REPLAYING the audio of my phone call to NYC Precinct 109 at (718) 321-2250 about their BRUTALITY onto me on August 24, 2022, as a Live Broadcast on Facebook on Sept. 15, 2022. My this call was made at 4:35 PM today, trying to get some related information about their forced and handcuffed ambulance-transfer of me to Queens General Hospital Psychiatric Ward for torture and false imprisonment for more than a day. Today, into my mailbox, somebody put a medical bill letter about that 08/24/22 ambulance "service" for $2,330.30! The woman at Police Report of NYC Precinct 109 multiple times said she could NOT understand me, and she used the word "arrest" and taunted me about asking for "police report". When I said about "police brutality", the lady sounded as if either there should be no such a brutality or there should be no such a revelation! While I was left to wait, the phone was hung up from the precinct 109 end.

At ~09:09 AM on Aug. 24, 2022, I was making my first 911 call that day behind the iron gate while psychotic Li Li was ranting HYSTERICALLY in the FRONT YARD. The 911 receptionist female should ABSOLUTELY be able to hear Li Li's voice and to understand my spoken American. I have the audio recording of that too. I asked for only a psychiatric visit to Li Li at here, and I absolutely asked 911 NOT TO BRING POLICE. In the past years including this year 2022, I had called 800-NYC-WELL for a mobile psychiatric crisis visit on Li Li, but NYC-WELL sometimes claimed they could not understand me after tens of minutes of talking with them, and recently simply REFUSED to come. Li Li has always PSYCHIATRICLY claimed herself "she has never done any bit thing wrong, never said any bit thing wrong, up to this age." and "she is perfectly healthy". So, I could NOT persuade her to see a psychiatrist, to talk to any SCARCE GOOD human being what a NORMAL WIFE AND MOTHER AT THIS AGE AND UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES should do, to observe any other such-aged woman such as a neighbor would strive for family and individual survival, to read any USEFUL book for normal mentality or better skills, etc. Directly to the point: the CHANGED Li Li NEVER communicates with me the "husband" or even with the daughters any more; she only WANTS hysteria to stay her CANCEROUS LIFE.

Earlier on 08/24/22, Li Li got up early as her "usual", and wanted to watch TV after simple breakfast. Li Li's new "NORM" since her twice desertions in 2014 and return in 2015 is to spend MOST OF HER DAYTIME SITTING OR LEANING OR LYING ON THE BED, TO EITHER WATCH TV, LISTEN TO RADIO, REST WITH STONED-LIKE EYES, STARE BLANK TO THE BACKYARD, "STUDY" HEAVY BOOKS INCLUDING DICTIONARIES, SLEEP, ETC, BUT NOT TO HAVE ANY INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WITH ME AT ANY DAY OR NIGHT TIME SINCE HER RETURN IN 2015! Cynically, her favorite TV programs are documentary, politicians' lip-service of "good" and "evil", celebrities, entertainments, talent shows, Chinese news etc, but not American news, because Li Li says American news has too many BAD things and she just wants a GOOD HAPPY life.  

And, the COACHED Li Li does NOT care how seriously and permanently I have been injured by the AES HUMANSCUMS' numerous attempted-murders onto me at slavery workplace and then "medical" clinics but NO justice or health recovery or monetary compensation has ever RENDERED by the AES yet even under a Workers' Compensation case G2029240; dares NOT care our younger daughter Alexandria Wang then-17&1/2-yrs-old has been openly seduced and abducted by the AES HUMANSCUMS into FORCED "psychiatric therapy" and SECRET "foster care" under their perversely fabricated and distorted "child neglect case", Docket # NN-09918-21; would not care the SERIOUS-CONSEQUENCE AND IMMINENT EVICTION INTO A DISCRIMINATIVE, CANNIBALISTIC ANIMAL WILDERNESS due to LT-304213/21; could not help our elder daughter Rosila Wang who has also been severely affected and hurt by all these matters and then SEEMINGLY "chose" to isolate from the long-struggling and -suffering parents since Alexandria's case.

I, the  AES victim, severely injured physically, physiologically, psychologically, and psychiatrically, have to hold on and put up all the FIGHT-BACKS, because the American Evil System is EVIL, and the AES Humanscums are SCUMS! Almost all walks within and affiliated with the AES would not provide any real "services" matching to the common definition of the "words" or "terms". I challenge you to view and hear all my revelation posts, such as about the AES's "Adult Protective Services". Li Li's NEW EVIL since her return is WAY BEYOND being described above! I am absolutely mad at Li Li's "diligent studying" on TV, and I am absolutely flammable at Li Li's NONSTOP RAVING, SPONTANEOUSLY ANGRY LONG SELF-MUTTERING! Li Li did NOT behave like these BEFORE her twice desertions in 2014! The HUMANSCUMS of the AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM HAVE SEDUCED, FORCED, COERCED, AIDED AND ABETTED LI LI'S TWICE DESERTIONS AND DRUGGED AND BRAINWASHED HER INTO SUCH PERSISTENT SEVERE "PSYCHOSES" FOR CLAIMING "DOMESTIC VIOLENCE" AGAINST ME.  

It's this kind of NEWLY CREATED Li Li nonfunctional and malfunctional inside and outside home that has caused almost daily arguments and thus inflicted tremendous internal harms to this young immigrant family with two young daughters. I had called 911 many times over the years about Li Li since her first desertion in year 2014, but the NYC COPS ARE OFTEN HUMANSCUMS WHOSE ONLY CLEAN THINGS ARE PROBABLY THEIR WORN UNIFORMS. THE NYC COPS WERE THE ONES CLAIMED LI LI IS A FREE ADULT WOMAN WHO CAN DO WHATEVER "LEGALLY",  APPARENTLY INCLUDING ABANDONING THE YOUNG DAUGHTERS AND THE ENSLAVED HUSBAND, SO LI LI WAS LET GO FREE DRESSED-LIKE A WHORE IN KISSENA CORRIDOR PARK ON SEPT. 08, 2014, THE CHINESE MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL MEANING FOR FAMILY UNION, AND I WAS SCREAMED INTO RIGHT EAR FROM A VERY TALL AND STRONG WHITE MID-AGED COP, AND WAS APPARENTLY TO BE SHOT BY A BALD WHITE COP FROM THE BACK WHILE I WAS TOLD TO FOLLOW ALONE ANOTHER WHITE COP ABOUT CONTACT INFO OF "FAMILY COURT". ANOTHER OBVIOUS EXAMPLE, ON JUNE 30, 2018, AFTER I CALLED 911 ABOUT LI LI'S PSYCHOSES, PRECINCT 109 COPS CAME AND IMMEDIATELY SEPARATED THE FAMILY INTO THREE ISOLATED PARTIES: YOUNG DAUGHTERS IN BEDROOM, LI LI IN LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN, AND ME CALLED TO THE FRONT YARD. A MID-AGED WHITE COP LOOKED AT ME WITH AN OBVIOUS DESPISE AND OPENED HIS TALK BY ASKING ME WHAT'S IN MY POCKETS. I WAS WEARING SHORTS AND WHITE SHORT-SLEEVED SHIRT. JUST BECAUSE OF THE REAL-LIFE LESSONS I HAVE LEARNED ABOUT THE DEADLY CORRUPT AMERICAN COPS, I COULD NOT AFFORD MY LIFE TO TRUST THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM'S THUG AS "POLICE", SO I REFUSED TO TOUCH MY POCKETS AND SAID NOTHING OTHER THAN WALLET IS THERE. BUT THAT COP AND SOON ANOTHER WHITE COP COMING IN THE BACK-UP GROUP KEPT IRRITATING ME BY CLAIMING I WAS RANTING WHILE I WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT. THESE UNIFORMED HUMANSCUMS REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR ATTEMPTED MURDERS CARRIED OUT AT THE SLAVERY WORKPLACES AND MEDICAL CLINICS BY SIMPLY VERBALLY CLAIMING THE VICTIM IS RANTING AND THEN BY PLOTTING FURTHER MURDER-ATTEMPTS UNTIL TOTAL SILENCE OR NEUTRALIZATION OF THE VICTIM.

THESE HUMANSCUMS WITHIN THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM WOULD ABSOLUTELY ALWAYS DENY. THEN, THE SOON TO-BE-REVEALED VIDEOS AND AUDIOS RECORDED BY ME WOULD TELL THE WORLD'S HONEST AND BRAVE ENOUGH POPULATION WHY I STATE THAT MANY COPS IN NYC ARE EVIL HUMANSCUMS. At this post, I just outline what EVIL the cops and "medical professionals" have done to me on August 24 & 25, 2022, and the days afterwards.

The cops on 08/24/22 came within minutes, pretended that they did not see the psychotic Li Li right on the open front yard, persistently demanded to only see me "whether you are OK", and immediately restrained and handcuffed me by the AMBUSHING COPS in the hallway when I eventually opened my apartment door for the CLEARLY COMMUNICATED VERBAL AGREEMENT of seeing and talking at the OPEN FRONT YARD. Some humanscum as a uniformed cop, a Chinese-looking mid-aged male, stun-gunned my left wrist while three cops were holding me and handcuffing my wrists to my back in the hallway. I am grateful of myself because I did NOT "swing" my arms due to the electrical shocks and the uniformed police thugs had NO EXCUSE TO EXECUTE ME. The TENS of police were SURROUNDING my to-be-evicted-imminent dungeon place from all possible directions, including AMBUSHING from the actual 2nd floor, siding neighbors' place, and backyard neighbors' place. BOTH MY WRISTS WERE FURTHER ELECTRICALLY-SHOCKED, REPETITIVELY CUT BY SOMETHING, AND SPREAD WITH SOME CHEMICALS FROM EITHER SOME POLICE OR THE EMS CHINESE-LOOKING THUG OR BOTH POLICE AND EMS AFTER I WAS FORCED AND STRAPPED ONTO STRETCHER AND BEFORE WAS MOVED INTO AMBULANCE, AT THE INTERSECTION OF 59TH AVE AND 136 ST, FLUSHING, NY 11355. THE TIME WAS AROUND 10:10 AM, AUGUST 24, 2022, WEDNESDAY. My SHOUTING  in the backyard and on the street for any attention from any neighbors and passbys did bring only one or two human beings to silently witness, and the cops shooed an old SILENT woman away! Later days, I found out the bald cop accompanying me on the ambulance was COVERING UP MY SECURITY CAMERA with a bag untied from a rice cooker for street-selling from my cart left in the hallway.

The two cops accompanying me all the way to the lock-after-lock inside of Psychiatric Ward of Queens General Hospital were part of the evil force enforcing me into psychiatric and physical torture and imprisonment there, and one of these two cops was showing DELIBERATELY TO ME AND NEAR ME his loaded handgun magazine and a separate handgun bullet in the hospital entrance lobby. While I was complaining loudly but calmly about the TIGHT HANDCUFFS HURTING MY WRISTS BADLY, NOBODY, whatsoever, from the TENS of humans nearby ever SAID ANYTHING! While the shaved-bald cop claimed the handcuffs were loose enough to put a finger in, I turned around to show my TIGHTLY-handcuffed wrists. NOBODY ever cared! I clearly said to the total five or six uniformed cops and many others including "medical professionals" and "patients" that THE SILENT MAJORITY IN AMERICA IS ACTUALLY AMERICAN COWARD MAJORITY WHO DARE NOT CHALLENGE THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM ON ANY REAL FACTS BUT WOULD ABSOLUTELY INFLICT FURTHER HARM TO THE AES'S VICTIMS. AND I INVITED THE COPS TO WITNESS THE TRUTH FROM WHAT THE "MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS" MIGHT DO!

This Sept. 15, 2022 afternoon, I was calling Queens General Hospital multiple times for the two carbon copies I had been asked to sign at the moment of ~ 3:00 PM, Aug. 25, 2022 when I was about to be released from that Psychiatric Ward. Queens General Hospital either asked me to GO TO their billing department IN PERSON, as if the BD had not had a phone (number), or prompted my phone screen to show "Line Busy" when I found online the number should be (718) 883-4444.
