1️⃣ 除黃油和鹽外所有食材揉成麵團,再加入軟化黃油和鹽,揉至表面光滑。 Kneading Mix all ingredients except butter and salt into a dough. Add softened butter and salt, then knead until smooth.
2️⃣ 蓋保鮮膜室溫發酵至兩倍大,或放冰箱冷藏發酵一晚。 Fermentation Cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature until doubled in size, or cold ferment in the fridge overnight.
3️⃣ 取出麵團揉搓排氣,均勻分成小劑子。 Shaping Take out the dough, knead to release air, and divide equally into small dough balls.
