The secret lies in the aromatic spices—just as fragrant and appetizing! 🔹 材料 | Ingredients 辣椒乾 | Dried Chili 石栗粒 | Candlenut 素Belacan | Vegetarian Belacan 香茅 | Lemongrass 南薑 | Galangal 黃薑 | Turmeric 羅望子 | Asam 椰糖 | Palm Sugar 鹽 | Salt 蘑菇粉 / 素蠔油 | Mushroom Powder / Veg Oyster Sauce 🔹 製作步驟 | Steps 1️⃣ 浸泡 | Soak 辣椒乾用熱水泡軟。 Soak dried chilies in hot water until soft. 2️⃣ 攪打 | Blend 將所有香料加少許水,打成細膩辣椒泥。 Blend all spices with a little water into a smooth paste. 3️⃣ 慢炒 | Sauté 小火慢炒至出紅油、顏色變深(約30分鐘以上)。 Sauté over low heat until the oil separates and darkens (30+ mins). 4️⃣ 調味 | Season 加入素Belacan、羅望子水和調味料,炒至濃稠。 Add vegetarian belacan, asam water, and seasonings.
