2️⃣ 將粘米粉、木薯粉與清水混合,徹底攪拌至完全無顆粒狀態 Whisk rice flour, tapioca flour, and water together until smooth
3️⃣ 將粉漿倒入鍋中,全程以小火不停翻炒,直到質地呈現濃稠狀 Pour the batter into the pan and stir over low heat until thickened
4️⃣ 放入抹好油的蒸盤中鋪平,以大火蒸煮 1 小時 Transfer to a greased tray and steam on high heat for 1 hour
5️⃣ 最後鋪上炒香的菜脯與裝飾配料,待完全放涼後即可切塊享用 Top with sautéed radish and garnish, then let it cool completely before slicing
