First, the DS wanted to prove Baxter wrong by faking a Clinton interview just 4 days after her supposed death; and also, they chose a piece of clothing that looked just like the old pic of Hilary that Baxter joined with his article (to discredit Baxter). But that coincidence is noteworthy: Baxter posts a pic of that purple collar jacket, and then Hilary appears wearing almost the exact same thing.
Look carefully in the interview? Look at the area around her neck; it looks like a Deep Fake; not perfect 100%.
What does it all signify? First, the DS wanted to prove Baxter wrong by faking a Clinton interview just 4 days after her supposed death; but also, and strikingly- they chose a piece of clothing that looked just like the old pic of Hilary that Baxter joined with his article (why? to discredit Baxter).
