Due to weather, Eve (Shun King) was delayed on her way to Pan Peach Festival. After she arrived at Yaochi, she began to date Big Yu (i.e., Gold Boy, Yellow Emperor, as in Fig. 2.9.9.3-39) and other candidates. After listening to Eve's story about her blind date with Big Yu, Emperor Yan, King Mother of the West (see figs. 35, 37, and upper part of 38), Nuwa, Fuxi, Emperor Yao and Second Wolf God, all felt pessimistic. They began to study how to have the second date.

堯帝問夏娃：“他向你提出什麼要求了嗎？”

夏娃回答：“他說想看仙女下凡，我就給他表演了。他評價說，‘比他心目中的仙女下凡差些’。我回答，你等我準備一下，讓你看看真正的仙女下凡！”

屋子裡的人聽後，都不出聲了。

Emperor Yao asked Eve: "Did he ask you for anything?"

Eve replied: "He said he wanted to see fairies descending to the earth, so I performed for him. He commented that it was 'not as good as the fairy he had imagined'. I replied, wait for me to prepare, and then I will show you a real fairy descending to the earth!"

After hearing this, no one in the room said anything.

一會兒後二郎神對夏娃說：“你二伯母（即堯帝）對我下蠱的時候，我們倆從瑤池上下來（參見2.2.3 自由戀愛）。有一段路，她就像是漂浮在地面，然後走在樹叢尖上。當時我看了，感覺那就是仙女下凡。後來我幾次請求她再給我表演一次，她都不為我表演。”二郎神轉向堯帝說，“要不，你教教她，我借光也再看一次。”

堯帝同意了。

After a while, Second Wolf God said to Eve, "When your second aunt (Emperor Yao) projected Carrion Beatle (to cast the curse) on me, we came down from Yaochi (see 2.2.3 Naturally Falling in Love). There was a section of the road where she seemed to be floating on the ground, and then she walked on the tops of the bush. When I saw it, I felt that she was a fairy descending to the earth. Later, I asked her to perform for me again several times, but she refused." Second Wolf God turned to Emperor Yao and said, "How about you teach her, and I will take advantage of her light to watch it again."

Emperor Yao agreed.

當夏娃和二郎神看堯帝表演走在樹叢上面的時候，二郎神已經知道了堯帝在樹叢里埋下了樹樁。他對夏娃說：“這個咱不學，以免把腳踝弄傷了，耽誤事。” 堯帝和二郎神離開後，夏娃好奇地去看堯帝走在樹叢頂的秘密，發現了樹叢里埋了一排樹樁。她好奇地決定自己也試試，結果摔下來了，真的傷了腳踝。

以前計劃好的用不上了，政治局（女媧造人委員會）徹夜研究，制定了新的相親計劃。

When Eve and Second Wolf God watched Emperor Yao perform walking on the top of the bushes, Second Wolf God already knew that Emperor Yao had buried tree stumps in the bushes. He said to Eve: "Let's not learn this, so as not to hurt our ankles and delay affairs." After Emperor Yao and Second Wolf God left, Eve curiously went to see the secret of Emperor Yao walking on the top of the bushes and found a row of tree stumps buried in the bushes. She curiously decided to try it herself, but she fell and really hurt her ankle.

The previous plan was no longer useful, and the Political Bureau (Nuwa Man Creation Committee) studied all night and made a new blind dates plan.

2.9.9.3-2 做法的目的 Purpose of the Juristic Making

中華政治局是怎樣判別夏娃和大禹相親是否成功的？我們正在談的就是炎帝和黃帝的 “阪泉之戰”（參見3.0節）。炎帝要用女神夏娃誘惑大禹（即黃帝）並且創傷他，使他墮入黃龍府（即地獄，精神病）。被女神刺激傷了，創傷不能自愈。若不治療，創傷會越來越嚴重，直至墮入地獄（即精神病），死亡。

How did Chinese Political Bureau determine whether the matchmaking between Eve and Big Yu was successful? We are referring to the “Battle of Banquan” (see Section 3.0) between Yan Emperor and Yellow Emperor. Yan Emperor sought to use Goddess Eve to seduce Big Yu (i.e., Yellow Emperor) and inflict trauma upon him, causing him to descend into Yellow Dragon Palace (i.e., hell, or mental illness). Once wounded by Goddess, the trauma cannot heal on its own. If left untreated, the trauma will worsen until it leads to descent into hell (i.e., mental illness) and death.

成功的案例參見2.2 《二郎神和瑤祖》，在二郎神第一次遇見堯帝后，就病了。另一個成功的案例參見7.3 《相親》，當盧岩（金童）第一次遇見劉健君（玉女）15分鐘後，劉健君就要送盧岩去醫院。這說明女神劉健君僅用了15分鐘就嚴重地創傷了盧岩，完成了送他去地獄的任務。

For a successful case, see 2.2 Second Wolf God and Yao Ancestor. After Second Wolf God met Emperor Yao for the first time, he fell ill. For another successful case, see 7.3 Blind Date. When Adam Luyan (Gold Boy) met Eve Liu (Jade Girl) for the first time, Eve Liu wanted to send him to hospital 15 minutes later. This shows that the goddess Eve Liu severely traumatized Adam Luyan in just 15 minutes and completed the task of sending him to hell.

2.9.9.3-3 夏娃被打瘸了 Eve was Crippled

炎帝，西王母，二郎神，還有其它幾個人來到了夏娃的房間，告訴她，“計劃改了。新計劃要求她的腳傷得嚴重些！”說着，軍醫們在夏娃的床頭掛起了一個帘子，只露出她的腳。二郎神指着夏娃的腳大叫：“打！”

炎帝和西王母把夏娃按在了床上，安慰她說：“這個新方案是以前的備用方案。你二伯的軍醫已經做過試驗了，只是讓你的腳腫起來，不是很疼！”

Yan Emperor, King Mother of the West, Second Wolf God, and several others came to Eve's room and told her, “The plan has changed. The new plan requires her foot injury to be more severe!” As they spoke, the military doctors hung a curtain at the head of Eve's bed, leaving only her foot exposed. Second Wolf God pointed at Eve's foot and shouted, “Hit it!”

Yan Emperor and King Mother of the West held Eve down on the bed and comforted her, saying, “This new plan is a backup plan from before. Your uncle's military doctors have already tested it; it will only make your foot swell, not cause much pain!”

過了一會兒，炎帝出來看見夏娃的腳不紅不腫，生氣地把二郎神叫到了屋外。二郎神說：“他們說明天早上，夏娃的腳才會腫起來。”

二郎神回來後，把軍醫們叫到了一邊，開了會，要求他們把夏娃的腳傷得比預期的嚴重些。

當他們重新回到夏娃的房間時，炎帝和二郎神都對軍醫們大叫，“打！”，“我命令你們，再打！”夏娃被嚇哭了。

After a while, Emperor Yan came out and saw that Eve's foot was neither red nor swollen. He angrily called Second Wolf God outside. Second Wolf God said, “They say that Eve's foot will only swell up tomorrow morning.”

After Second Wolf God returned, he called the military doctors aside, held a meeting, and instructed them to make Eve's foot injury more severe than expected.

When they returned to Eve's room, Emperor Yan and Second Wolf God both shouted at them, “Hit her!” “I order you to hit her again!” Eve was so scared she started crying.

2.9.9.3-4 夏娃病了 Eve was Sick

又經過兩次約會，大禹病了。夏娃得知自己已經完成任務後就病了，發燒不止。初期是傷口感染，隨後診斷為水土不服。

夏娃患病後，中華政治局立刻開始研究夏娃的替代方案。讀者當知，此時夏娃（即玉女）的候選人有六位。而金童的候選人有十幾位；其中理想的有兩位。用別的玉女來取代夏娃對此“女媧造人工程”來說損失並不大。但是夏娃是炎帝和西王母的女兒，所以夏娃病危是大事。

After two more dates, Big Yu fell ill. Eve fell ill after learning that she had completed her mission and had a persistent fever. Initially, it was a wound infection, and then it was diagnosed as acclimatization.

After Eve fell ill, the Chinese Political Bureau immediately began to study alternatives to Eve. Readers should know that at this time there were six candidates for Eve (i.e., Jade Girl). There were more than a dozen candidates for Golden Boy, two of whom were ideal. Replacing Eve with another Jade Girl would not be a big loss to the "Nuwa Man Creation Project". However, Eve is the daughter of Emperor Yan and King Mother of the West, so Eve's critical illness was a big deal.

最後，炎帝和西王母決定：不能對不起女兒！在夏娃死之前，不實施替代方案。於是，在夏娃患病一個月後，中華政治局決定安排夏娃和大禹進行第四次約會（具體內容參見3.0節）。夏娃在病了42天后，痊癒了。

傳說，炎帝在瑤池與眾神以及大禹的戰爭中獲得了完全的勝利後，他在返回絡陽（亦作永安）的途中去了少林寺。

Finally, Emperor Yan and King Mother of the West decided that they could not let their daughter down! They would not implement the alternative plan before Eve died. So, after Eve had been ill for a month, Chinese Political Bureau decided to arrange a fourth date between Eve and Big Yu (see Section 3.0 for details). Eve recovered after being ill for 42 days.

Legend says it that after Emperor Yan won a complete victory in the war with the gods and Yellow Emperor (i.e., Big Yu) in Yaochi, he went to Shaolin Temple on his way back to Luoyang (also known as Yong'an).
