1st Translation: Captivating Poetry by Tang Dynasty Poet CHEN Zi'ang(661-702) "A Song of Climbing the Tenebrosity State High Post" No ancestors standing out in retrospect, no future comers either as I look ahead. Only the sky and earth existing at own ease, I'm lonely and sorrowful with a running nose.
2nd Translation: Historically Unmatched Poetry by Tang Poet CHEN Zi'ang(661-702) "Ode on the Tenebrosity State Golden Ring" No more ancient giant emerging to take you,
no future followers either coming to rescue. Only the sky and earth looming leisurely in view, A lone me all tears falling but they've got no clue. |
