is justice subjective or objective?
In order to answer this complicated question, we have to have the rigorously predefined concepts of subjective, objective, and even justice itself, and study where justice is from, and what it is for.
The concept of justice in Western is based on the political naturalism which believes there is a universal natural law that naturally and finally guaranties justice.
Therefore, We may say the justice related to basic Individual rights is not subjective, but the so-called social justice that has been promoted by different social groups and governments is questionable.
