| Google的定单取消办法,是猪主意?还是馊主意? |
| 很难相信,Google这么大一家公司,取消定单的办法听起来真有点匪夷所思! 前几天,我到Google网站定了Nexus 4 手机和 Nexus 7平板电脑.定好后觉得不妥,就打电话给客户服务,要求改定单.客服说时间超过一小时后就不能改了,只能取消定单,然后重新定货.我照办了. 但过了一天,我又觉得不妥,又想改定单.这回我自以为知道怎么做了,先取消定单,再重新下定单,这是先前客服教我的,我自鸣得意! 但昨天我到Google帐户里一看有点吓了一跳!前面两个定单都还没取消,都还是"pending"状态.敢紧打电话给客服,客服倒是很客气的,一步一步地教我如何取消定单,我一一照办了,末了给了客服很高的评价,心想,这下总该把那些不要的定单取消了吧! 但今天又收到一封信,说我的定单无法取消了.但最后他们教我一个办法如何取消定单.请注意,这是Google公司的人教我的:就是拒绝接受邮递,还给我详细说明如何拒绝接受邮递.说只要我拒绝接受邮递了,货退回去了,我的定单才会被取消了. 我感到有点匪夷所思是,既然Google知道这些货不是客户想要的,肯定会被退回来的,那他们为什么还要发货?目前这些货都没发出去.Nexus 4 目前还缺货,要一周以后才有货.只要他们不发货,大家都省事.为什么要让他们的货在快递公司那里白白地旅游一趟,被客户拒绝接受了才能取消定单?真很难相信,这是Google做的事情!这是猪主意?还是馊主意? 他们是这样教我如何拒绝接受邮递的: REFUSE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANT: Don't open the package. Our shipper will not allow refusal of delivery for opened packages. Leave a prominent note on the door to let our shipping provider know that you're refusing delivery of the package. In some cases our shipping provider has returned packages if their drivers see a note for refusal of delivery. The note should include the following: - Refuse delivery - Return to Sender - Include signature - Include tracking # If your package is returned due to refusal of delivery, your order will be cancelled and refunded within 2 weeks.
