Localization:  Science and Culture

There is a  type of concept  in Science called localization,  and so is in Culture as well.

Chinese have too much Chinese complex, that is not good for them to be localized at any foreign country,  particularly at those countries  which have different values, be it good or bad.

for example,  Indian do not  care about inter-race marriages between them and white, but  Chinese are too sensitive about it.
