A thing or a society is fair only when it exactly follows the rule of it.  that is why  the procedural justice comes in.  We follow the rule does not mean we have to identify with it.  Before you can change the rule,  you have to stick with it,  take or leave.

We protest  SCA5 because we believe  it is against the constitutional spirit.  Going to the best college should be a privilege to those best qualified students regardless of their race,  not a  human right for everyone.  Same as being selected into Olympic team.  Everyone has right to play sport and to be trained for,  but that dose not mean you have right to join national Olympic team that only takes those best athletes of the nation, again, regardless of their race.

SCA5 will seriously hurt the competitive ability, education and economy of our California in a long run it will be passed, that is a socialism act.  we have to block it  for us, for California, and for the America.
