一、材料 小鸡腿、生姜、香菜(青葱也可)、白胡椒、菜油、盐、味精,若可能,若能加入沙姜粉、蒜蓉、辣酱或虾酱,则味道更胜一筹。 二、做法 1、准备大锅清水,待水煮沸后再放入几片姜皮和小鸡腿,持续用大火煮至鸡腿内熟; 2、取出鸡腿,一边去外层的鸡皮,一边用冷水将鸡腿冲洗干净; 3、切碎生姜和香菜后拌匀,再进一步剁成泥状; 4、热锅上油,倒入生姜香菜泥,划拉几下后关火,放入适量的上述调味料; 5、鸡腿摆盘,淋上做好的生姜香菜油泥; 6、用快刀划几刀或者剁一下鸡腿会更加的入味。冷藏后食用,风味也很是特别。
