今年3月7日我收到英国的Cambridge Scholars的Alison的email邀请我给他们投稿我写的书，他们帮我免费出版。我上网查了一下，他们是正规的出版社。当时我正好打算将我的When Philosophy Is Disparaged的2023版整理扩充为2024版。于是我按照Alison寄来的她们出版社的格式写了一个Proposal并于3月14日将Proposal寄给了Alison。3月15日她回信提出两点要求：1）要我的简历；2）要我书的两个章节以便她们寄给reviewer看。另外，她指出我在Proposal里提到我的书预计20000字，而她们要求一本书至少35000。 我于3月18日将简历和章节示例寄给了她，并告诉她该书将会是4万字左右。但那之后，就如石沉大海，再没有她的回音。4月4日我主动写了一个email给她，告诉她我的书写得差不多了，并问她reviewer看了我的Proposal和章节示例之后有什么意见。她回复说，reviewers没意见，我的书仍在她们的考虑范围内。我当时就知道我的Proposal和章节示例一如既往地吓着作为主流学界的一部分的她们的reviewer们了。 但当时我的书还没有编写好，而那时我也刚好正为是否要将核聚变反应产生的氦气的问题写进去而烦恼，所以就没有继续盯她们，反正她们已经起到了她们的积极作用，那就是促使我把2023年版的When Philosophy Is Disparaged扩写成一本正规的书。4月中旬我已确定核聚变产生的氦气的量确实可以忽略因而我不能将相关内容写进书中。。。。几天后我完成了该书的初稿。经过一周左右的修改整理后，4月下旬我的书正式完成。 那时我已确定不会再听到Cambridge Scholars的消息了，就想起了7年前免费为我出版A Brief Discussion On Fairness Analysis（附录I）的Scholars’ Press。于是我按照Cambridge Scholars提供的格式以及完成后的书的内容写了一个Proposal寄给了Scholars’ Press，他们让我在他们的网站投稿。我按他们的要求做了。之后编辑Mihaela非常友善热情认真地帮助我将该书的格式修改整理得符合她们出版社的要求。5月7日我收到她们的email说我的书已正式出版，只是当时因为一些其它的原因而无法直接在市场上购得。 现在你们只要到Scholars’ Press的网站或amazon去查“978-620-6-77202-6 When Philosophy Is Disparaged”便可查到我的书（见附录II）。 出版社将该书定价为74.90 � Euro，amazon将之这算为$81，是很贵的。所以我这里并不鼓励你们个人去购买该书，而且该书的基本内容我已贴在中英文的网站。虽然正式出版的内容与网上贴出的稍有不同，基本上是一样的。 不过，我希望你们能建议或要求你们所在地区的图书馆来购买该书。不是为了我，而是因为该书的出版对于社会对于人类文明有特殊的意义。 首先，由该书的目录（见附录III）你们可以看出该书对现有的主流文化所具有的极为巨大而积极正面的挑战性。该书所讨论的所有内容，除了Part 4中所讨论的部分内容来自GlobalJournal of Science Frontier Research经过peer review后正式发表的“The Dynamics of the Chain Fountain”一文，Part 6中所讨论的部分内容来自Academia Letter经过peer review后正式发表的“Logic of Dreams”一文，以及Part 5中很小一部分内容与曾由一个流行Magazine网站Quail Bell Magazine发表的“The End of One of the Biggest Illusions”一文有关之外，所有的内容都是过去这些年里被主流学界封杀拦阻的内容。是我在上帝的带领下顶住来自各方的线上线下的各种攻击和压力进行探索写作的结果！ 第二，尽管该书的内容基本上都是被主流学界封杀甚至不断引发莫名的力量对我进行线上线下的攻击，与可以不断修改的网络文章不同，一经正式出版，该书的内容就无法再修改。即便日后我再对该书加入新的内容，那也将被打上“再版”的印记，而这一版的内容无法再被修改。因此，该书将以其现有的内容接受公众的检验。 第三，书中所反映的人类文明的象牙塔在过去一个多世纪里因藐视哲学而出现的各种光怪陆离的现象不但完全属实，而且还正在严重地阻碍着文明的发展，甚至潜在地威胁着人类文明的可持续性的存在和发展。 第四，该书除了揭示过去一个多世纪里人类文明因藐视哲学而出现的各种难以想象的简单而明显的错误之外，也同时指出了因为哲学的落后所导致的人类难以应对目前在自然与人性的前端的挑战的一些弱点（这些弱点有可能具有潜在的极大危险性）。 第五，凡对人类文明的未来存有希望的人们都会相信而且希望目前文明的乱象会过去。而对过去一百多年里作为人类文明的象牙塔的精英阶层因哲学的落后而出现的各种乱象的揭露以及包括对于认识超自然和准自然所需的哲学素养的正规讨论标志着人类文明正进入一个关键的转折点。因此，购买When Philosophy Is Disparaged一书可为相应的社区留下一个历史转捩点的美好见证。 相应地，该书的内容也预示着未来十年内人类相关学科的教科书乃至教育大纲的革命性的变更。该书可以帮助未来的学子更好地了解历史，了解教科书及教纲变化的背景。 第六，图书馆藏书有一个作为个体在网络进行的有目的的浏览所不具有的优点，那就是当读者在藏书目录以及书架上寻找相关书籍时就有机会看到其它的书籍。因此，尽管When Philosophy Is Disparaged一书的内容基本都在网上贴出的相关文章内，一旦该书出现在图书馆的藏书目录和书架上时，就会有原本没听说过该书的读者接触到该书。这样对于促进人类文明在这个关键点上向着积极健康的方向发展会很有帮助。 结束语 不论那些试图拦阻文明前进捍卫历史错误甚或是有计划地对人类进行整体催眠的暗黑力量有多顽固嚣张甚至猖狂，他们都拦不住历史的车轮向前滚动。几十年后的人们看待今天的主流学术界的害怕并拦阻真理的行为时就会象今天的人们嘲笑历史上的顽愚的小丑们试图拦阻文明的前进的表演一样嘲笑今天的顽愚的人们。 很多自以为站在了历史的道德制高点的人，在其古稀之年会愕然地看到自己原来只不过是历史长河中曾经存在过的又一批小丑之一而已；当然也有很多人可能等不到这一天，但在其身后，其原本以自己的先辈的各种头衔荣誉骄傲的子孙会突然发现原来自己所景仰的祖辈不过是试图拦阻历史前进的小丑而已，其内心的感受可能会是五味杂陈。 或许很多人会感叹自己生不逢时，偏赶上一个干了大半辈子发现自己学的东西原来是错的这么一个特殊的时代。但是，过去几千里曾被这些人嘲笑过的很多他人又何尝不是那“生不逢时”时代的产物呢？应该说，生活在历史转折时期的人是幸运的，至少他们还有机会进行选择。他们之前的人有多少人一辈子以为自己学识渊博，但在后人看来他们都学错了。。。。不过，如果后人具有足够的宽容心，他们不会怪罪那些致死都没有机会得知自己学错了人。。。。但是，对于那些努力拦阻历史前进的人，历史就会毫不留情地给他们打上过去千百年里不知有多少“生不逢时”的人曾被打上的反动没落暗黑的印记！ 附录I Scholars’Press出版的A Brief Discussion On Fairness Analysis:
