The Fabled Roc Flies Ten Thousand Miles

鵬翼鱗光出故淵，

The winged roc with gleaming scales flies out of his native ocean ,

程程破霧越雲巔，

Piercing clouds and soaring up to the summit with strong emotion,

萬關千劫攀高處，

Passing a million trials, falling upon  the fair shore to drop anchor,

里陌原來勝御前。

He finds his home water better than the imperial pool in splendor.
