and molecular communications allow external parties to influence behavior, induce 

thoughts, alter personalities (e.g., via "nano-lobotomies"), or control bodily movements, 

effectively "hacking the individual" for purposes like network-centric warfare.

Depopulation or Eugenics: The network could decide life-or-death outcomes, with AI 

making "kill decisions" by disrupting bodily functions remotely, tying into broader 

themes of biodigital convergence and transhumanism.

commercially available by 1995, biosensors by 2005), hidden through misinformation
