HNA, un conglomérat dans le collimateur Le groupe HNA, fondé en 2000, fait partie des conglomérats qui sont dans le viseur des régulateurs chinois, préoccupés par l'ampleur des prêts contractés pour financer leurs acquisitions, particulièrement à l'étranger. Maison mère de la compagnie aérienne chinoise Hainan Airlines, le groupe s'est développé rapidement à coup d'acquisitions tous azimuts. HNA a dépensé au moins 50 milliards de dollars ces deux dernières années dans des investissements et prises de participations, non sans de vives controverses sur l'opacité de ses complexes structures d'actionnariat.
HNA est entré au capital de plusieurs compagnies aériennes étrangères : Aigle Azur (France), Virgin Australia (Australie), TAP (Portugal) ou encore Azul (Brésil). Dans la logistique, il a mis la main sur le suisse Gategroup, prestataire de services à bord pour le transport aérien. Il avait également dévoilé en 2016 le rachat de la branche de location d'avions du groupe américain CIT pour 10 milliards de dollars. HNA a par ailleurs racheté l'américain Ingram Micro, l'un des plus gros distributeurs mondiaux de produits électroniques et informatiques il possède une participation dans l'allemand Deutsche Bank, et a acquis un quart du capital des hôtels Hilton pour 6,5 milliards de dollars. 1000 milliards de dettes Fin 2017, HNA a annoncé que son endettement total s'élevait à environ 638 milliards de yuans (81,5 milliards d'euros), en hausse de 36% par rapport à fin 2016. En prenant en compte l'ensemble des entités qu'il contrôle, on pourrait arriver à une dette d'environ 1.000 milliards de yuans, selon l'agence f1inancière Bloomberg. A la demande du gouvernement chinois, HNA s'efforce de réaliser des cessions et de se désengager de coûteux actifs immobiliers pour renflouer sa trésorerie.

王健1983年投身航空業，從事經濟管理、國際談判等方面工作，1990年參與 海南省航空公司和組建海航集團成立工作，曾任海航首席執行官與副董事長。
