歐債危機愈演愈烈，世界最大債權國中國儼然成為歐洲眼中的「救世主」。《華爾街日報》最近評論嘲諷歐洲「要準備好借人民幣 了」；德國的媒體卻紛發文批評，歐債求助於中國、要中國買歐債，簡直是「羊入虎口」。 歐洲金融穩定基金（EFSF）負責人雷 格林（Klaus Regling）上周到北京遊說，空手而歸，正在歐洲訪問的中國國家主席胡錦濤也努力降低歐洲的期望值。這引起德國媒體許多猜測，並警告歐洲不得步入中國 設下的陷阱。 據外媒披露，雷格林向中國提議可用人民幣發行債券，以提高北京參與拯救歐洲的積極性，儘管這種說法沒有得到證 實。但若外借人民幣成真，這可能為美國財政部最終發行以人民幣計價的債券舖路，且有可能成為世界貨幣史上意義極重大的一刻。 《華爾街日報》的報導評論，暗喻雷格林只是「北京的一條狗」，暗示雷格林滿腦子想賺錢，根本不顧歐洲的利益。 德國媒體《世界 報》也認為，中國只是想用別人的失敗換取自己的勝利。 對此，大陸官方媒體《人民日報》提出反駁，認為就算中國要援助歐洲，要 的也是為了贏得世界的尊重。 |
