材料: 1至烏雞,幾片兒椰子殼兒,薑片, 鹽
準備: 椰子和雞都切塊兒.
煮法:用內鍋先把雞塊兒用開水汆一下, 把水倒掉. 然後把所有材料一起煮半小時, 關火。放入節能鍋等>=1小時, 再回火煮20分鐘。
Ingredients: 1 black chicken, a few piece cocnuts shell, sliced ginger, salt
Preparation: cut the chicken and cocnut shell into large pieces.
Cooking Steps:
1. Quick boil the chicken, drain the water, then boil everything together 20min (after water boiling).
2. Remove from the fire, put the soup in the Energy Saving Cooker for > 1 hour.
3. Reboil the soup for 20min to make the soup a little bit thicker.
