Main ingredients: 12 pieces of fresh mushroom, ¼ pound minced fish
Ingredients 2: 1 teaspoon corn starch, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper power Filling stuff preparation: add ingredient 2 to the minced fish meat and stir even.
Minced fish: we bought ready-to-use minced fish meat, if you do not have a nice supermarket like ours, just grind some fish filet and seasoning it with salt, fine chopped green onion and ginger.
1.remove the mushroom stalk
2.fill the mushroom with prepared filling stuff
3.fry the filled mushroom (facing down) till the fish meat turn light golden brown
4.turn over the mushroom and fry for 20 more second
* add oyster sauce if like heavy taste
** can make stuffed eggplant or bell pepper in the same way
