材料: 1杯Pancake Mix (當一次懶人, easy), 1個雞蛋, 半杯牛奶, for 2 persons.
可選材料: 野藍莓脯, 松子仁, 碎核桃仁, whatever you like.
做法:把雞蛋液, 牛奶放進Pancake Mix,打勻成麵漿. 不粘鍋中火預熱(,舀一大勺麵漿到不粘鍋里(Fig1), 待40秒, 或麵漿起泡時(Fig2), 用鏟子給Pancake翻身, 再煎一會兒(20秒,depending on your fire )即可.
玩一下:
可以在麵漿里加入野藍莓,松子仁, 碎核桃仁等等. 也可以在第一次給Pancake翻身後, 再加野藍莓脯, 松子仁, 還可以做 Smiling Face (Fig. 6). 若玩特別圖案,請把火關小點. 我最喜歡的是加野藍莓,松子仁, 又香又甜, 再配一杯Espresso, 開音樂, 享用早餐了.

Pine Nut & Walnut Pancake
Blueberry & Pine Nut Pancake

Main ingredients: 1 cup pancake mix, 1 egg, ½ cup milk.
Optional ingredients: wild blue berry, pine nuts, sesame seeds, etc
Basic cooking method:
Add milk and egg to pancake mix and whisk till the lumps disappear. Preheat the non-sticky pan and set the fire to medium, pour 1 ladle batter into the pan, wait for 40 sec or so, or when the batter bubbles, flip the pancake over and cook the 2nd side for 20 sec or so, slide the pancake out to the plate.
Play with the cooking:
you can add pine nuts, wild blue berry to the batter * , or use your own imagination. You can also make a special pattern (Fig 6) after you flip the pancake over, make sure to set fire low if you play with it.
*I will not use maple syrup if I add wild blue berry, pine nuts and blue berry are my favorite.
