1. 素煸四季豆
Stir fried green bean with garlic and chili

四季豆洗淨瀝乾水,用大火炸軟*,倒出炸油,留1個薄薄鍋底的油(約1tbsp), 煸香蒜和干辣椒, 加鹽,下炸軟的四季豆, 翻炒兩分鐘即可。
*若不想用太多油(我為gege測了一下, 1斤四季豆, 可用2.5 tbsp 油)。 用中火翻炒四季豆幾分鐘,再加香蒜和干辣椒,轉小火炒軟四季豆。 因為油少火大會很快乾鍋。
Fry or stir fry the green bean till tender, leave about 1 tbsp oil in the pan and drain the rest of oil, stir fry garlic and dried chili till fragrant, add the green bean and salt, stir fry for 2 more minutes, ready to serve.
2. 欖菜四季豆
Stir fried green bean with the preserved vegetable & minced pork
先把四季豆用中火炸軟(過程同上),煸香蒜,碎辣椒,肉末和橄欖菜,下炸軟的四季豆一起翻炒,視個人口味和橄欖菜鹹淡情況來決定要不要加一點鹽,起鍋裝盤。
Fry or stir fry the green bean till tender, leave about 1 tbsp oil in the pan and drain the rest of oil, stir fry garlic, chili with minced pork till fragrant, add the green bean and salt, stir fry for 2 more minutes.
