主料:1条1-1.5斤的鱼。
配料: 红葱头(切片),红椒丝, 姜丝,蒜丝, 黑豆豉少许,1大勺蒸鱼豉油, 半小勺糖。
方法:把鱼炸一下,留一小锅底油(1tbsp),倒出其它榨油,煸香葱头, 姜,蒜和豆豉, 加一勺蒸鱼豉油, 1杯水,半勺糖, 烧开,放入炸好的鱼, 煮3分钟;给鱼翻身,加红椒丝, 再煮2分钟,上盘。
Main ingredients: 1 medium size fish ( 1-1.5lb)
Seasoning ingredients: chopped shallot, threaded ginger and garlic, black beans, chilli, seafood soy sauce, sugar
Cooking Steps:
1. Fry the fish
2. Stir fry the garlic, ginger, shallot & black beans
3. Add in 1 tbsp seafood soysauce amd 1 cup water, 1/2 tsp sugar, bring to boil
4. Put in fish, boil for 3 min
5. turn over the fish, add red chilli, cover for 2 more min, dish up.
