感恩节我们没有放假,也没有烤大鸟。 谦虔点的感恩大餐没办法上了, 我上几个菜大家自己凑一桌吧,和桑妮的那桌大餐没法比, 我这是中西结合的,先上鲜蘑汤:
材料:新鲜蘑菇1/2斤, 洋葱1/2个,鸡汤3-4杯, 牛油2汤匙,全脂鲜奶1杯, 面粉2 汤匙, 盐和胡椒粉少许。
做法:
1. 蘑菇洗净去蒂切片,洋葱切末;
2. 锅子里放两勺牛油, 将洋葱末炒炒香,加入蘑菇用中火接着炒1分钟,加鸡汤煮至蘑菇变软;
3. 面粉用鲜奶和匀,倒入汤中,搅至滚透,接着用小火煮至汤变浓, 用盐和胡椒调味即可上桌。我和儿子都很喜欢喝这个汤。
Mushroom Soup
Ingredients: fresh button mushrooms(1 pack), chicken soup(4 cups), onion(1/2), butter(1oz), fresh whole milk (1cup), flour (2tbsp), salt and pepper.
Method:
- Remove mushroom stems and slice it, chop the onion into very small pieces;
- melt butter in the pan, fry onion at medium fire for 1 min and add mushroom and fry for another min. Add chicken soup and bring to boil. Simmer until mushroom are soft;
- Mix flour with milk, and add to the soup, stir until thickened, then bring to boil. Season the soup with salt and pepper, serve.
