感恩節我們沒有放假,也沒有烤大鳥。 謙虔點的感恩大餐沒辦法上了, 我上幾個菜大家自己湊一桌吧,和桑妮的那桌大餐沒法比, 我這是中西結合的,先上鮮蘑湯:

材料:新鮮蘑菇1/2斤, 洋蔥1/2個,雞湯3-4杯, 牛油2湯匙,全脂鮮奶1杯, 麵粉2 湯匙, 鹽和胡椒粉少許。
做法:
1. 蘑菇洗淨去蒂切片,洋蔥切末;
2. 鍋子裡放兩勺牛油, 將洋蔥末炒炒香,加入蘑菇用中火接着炒1分鐘,加雞湯煮至蘑菇變軟;
3. 麵粉用鮮奶和勻,倒入湯中,攪至滾透,接着用小火煮至湯變濃, 用鹽和胡椒調味即可上桌。我和兒子都很喜歡喝這個湯。
Mushroom Soup
Ingredients: fresh button mushrooms(1 pack), chicken soup(4 cups), onion(1/2), butter(1oz), fresh whole milk (1cup), flour (2tbsp), salt and pepper.
Method:
- Remove mushroom stems and slice it, chop the onion into very small pieces;
- melt butter in the pan, fry onion at medium fire for 1 min and add mushroom and fry for another min. Add chicken soup and bring to boil. Simmer until mushroom are soft;
- Mix flour with milk, and add to the soup, stir until thickened, then bring to boil. Season the soup with salt and pepper, serve.
