Main ingredients: 1 big squid or 2 medium squid.
Other ingredients: basil(2 stalk), ginger(2 slice), red chili (1), minced garlic ( 3 cloves ), dark soya sauce(2 tbsp), sesame oil (2 tbsp), cooking wine (1 tbsp), chicken soup ( 4 tbsp)
Method:
1. clean the squid and peel off the skin, cut into rings, blanch in hot water, set aside.
2. Heat the sesame oil in wok, sauté ginger, garlic, chili, for 10sec, then add squid, sauté for 2 min.
3. Add soya sauce, cooking wine, chicken soup, cook till almost dry, add basil and stir well, dish up.
