材料 1: 紅豆, 綠豆, 蓮子 (你也可以加花生,核桃和各種豆) 材料 2: 1杯米(我這次用的1/3白糯米, 1/3黑糯米, 1/3普通珍珠米),紅棗 材料 3: 龍眼,枸杞子 煮法:先把紅豆浸水一晚,把材料 1 煮10分鐘,加材料 2 煮10 分鐘,關火。把內鍋放入節能鍋, 等 1+小時, 吃前10分鐘, 再加入材料3 煮5分鐘。 *我們家的紅豆特頑固, 不易爛, 所以得先泡。 **我喜歡最後放龍眼,枸杞子, 可以吃起來香甜。 煮久了就沒味了。 懶人煮法:把所有的寶一起煮35-45分鐘, 放入節能鍋等>=2小時,即可食用。 Fig 1. The congee will remain steaming hot after a few hours in the Energy Saving Cooker Ingredient 1: red bean, green bean, lotus seed ( can add more nuts or different beans if like) Ingredient 2: rice (I used 1/2 cup glutinous rice, 1/2 cup pearl rice and 2 tablespoons black glutinous rice), dried date Ingredient 3: longan, Chinese wolfberry. Method: 1. Soak the red bean for overnight ( the red bean I bought is the most stubborn beans I have ever seen, need to soak for some time ) 2. Boil the ingredient 1 for 10 min 3. Add ingredient 2 to boil for 10 min, remove from the fire. 4. Put the congee into the Energy Saving Cooker and leave it there for 1 + hour ( you can leave it there for a longer time if you like, I like this stnading time, becaue I don't have to clean the spiled congee) . 5. 10 min before you eat, can add Chinese wolfberry & longan then boil it again for 5-10 min. The longan and wolfberry will taste sweeter if you don't overcook it. *Simple cooking method for lazy people: Boil everything together for 1/2 hour, then put the congee in the Energy Saving Cooker for 2 hour or longer. |
