主料:1段新鲜鲩鱼(也称草鱼) 配料: 姜丝,红椒丝,葱丝, 1-2大勺cooking oil, 两勺蒸鱼豉油, 半勺糖。 方法:把姜丝,红椒丝放在鱼上面用大火蒸10分钟 (Fig3), 再摆上葱丝。 烧热cooking oil, 加豉油和少许糖拌匀,把热豉油浇到蒸好的鱼上面即可(Fig4)。 * 鲩鱼虽然很便宜, 这样蒸蒸也很好吃。 Main ingredients: 1 piece fresh Grass Carp (1- 1.5lb) Ingredients 2: ginger, red pepper & green onion (all cut into thin stripe like in Fig 1 ), 1 table spoon cooking oil, table spoon soy sauce, ½ tea spoon sugar. 1. steam the fish with ginger and red pepper for 10 min, 2. put green onion on fish top, pour the hot sauce on oit.
