魚!魚!魚! 前幾天看到劇團去釣了幾條大魚做着吃, 把俺給饞的, 也趕快去釣了幾條, 超市裡釣的。 先把魚洗淨, 擦乾,魚身上淺劃幾道 (為了好入味), 拍點兒乾粉,把乾粉抖掉,在熱油里把魚至兩面金黃,撈起待用。 然後用不同的調料做出不同的味道。 干燒黃花魚 
把煎魚的油倒出,只留用少許底油,下干辣椒, 豆豉,蒜瓣,薑末,煸香後,加蒸魚豉油,糖,料酒,高湯,大火燒開, 放魚下去, 改用中火燒,邊燒邊不停把湯澆到魚上至湯收干。 蒜瓣黃魚
 把煎魚的油倒出,只留用少許底油,下一大把蒜瓣和少許薑末,炒香後, 放魚下去, 加蒸魚豉油,糖,料酒,少許香醋, 高湯, 蓋上鍋蓋兒,中-大火燒至湯濃( 不要完全收干) 即可。
酸甜松子黃魚 
做這個口味的魚,可以乾粉拍的略厚一點, 魚是完全炸熟的, 不是煎的。 做酸甜醬澆在炸好的魚上, 魚就可沾着醬吃了。 酸甜醬的做法: 備料:一個番茄切小丁,蔥薑末, 調味料: 番茄醬一勺,番茄醬半勺, 白糖1.5 - 2勺, 鹽少許, 料酒少許, 雞湯1/3杯 把蔥薑末用底油炒出香味, 接着下番茄丁炒軟之後, 加全部調味料,中火翻炒勻至滾,勾一點水澱粉大火燒開, 撒一把松子進去, 即可。  最後上不能吃的 dollar bill fish
