《吸血鬼自律宣言》
2026年9月29日，吸血鬼们发表如下宣言： 我们庄严承诺：人类是我们的衣食父母。如果人类灭绝了，我们的晚饭也就没有了。为了人类的可持续性，我们将成立“尖牙自查委员会”，推行严格的自我监管，自觉控制吸血量，绝不将人类吸干。此协议具备道德约束力。请人类放心，我们正进行巨大的self-police, 我们不需要legally binding。Morally binding就足够了。
宣言一出，人类最伟大的M国总统立刻表达了拥护和赞赏，他说：Their lives are at stake. If human being goes wrong, their lives are at stake. They're not going to let that happen. This is going to be all for the good, and we're going to have it be nice and safe, and they're really going to be policing.
