原本天气预报说会下雨,结果天气晴朗,和众人一起跑很快就跑完了,一个人跑真的觉得比较闷.

To avoid running on muddy trails due to the recent rain, this week's routes are on paved sidewalk and road.
Always run on the left hand side of the road so you can see the on coming traffic. Pay extra attention when crossing intersections.
