Vaccine effectiveness in Canada I just saw a calculation in daily expose (through Pascal’s blog) that vaccine effectiveness in Canada is -430%. This is rather shocking. I tried to do the calculation myself. The newest data is one week later than published in that article. I use the updated data. The calculated vaccine effectiveness is 50%. Giving the huge side effects of the vaccines, it is not a stellar number. But it is a positive number. As for the original calculation in that article on daily expose, I couldn’t locate earlier statistics through the link provided by that article. It is likely that there is some data issue. The following table is a copy from my Excel sheet. Please tell me if there is a mistake.
