Differential impacts of slow and strong flows
We toured at Antelope Canyon near Page, Arizona. The canyon walls are very smooth, washed repeated by the flood water. There are dust deposits on the floor. The tour guide told us that the amount of deposits changes over time. After a small flash flood, the amount of deposits often increases due to the extra deposits flowed in. After a strong flash flood, the amount of deposits often decreases because strong flood flushes out deposits. Let’s get some maximum intensity exercise everyday to flush out the waste in our bodies.
