Dear Congresswoman Pelosi:

Thank you to support our Chinese human rights movement. I am a Chinese political refugee from Japan because I organized demonstration activities in Japan during the Tiananmen Massacre in 1989 as a graduate student.

The so-called Yahoo Human Rights Fund was abused by Harry Wu against our human rights community for so long, and Yahoo has continuously utilized Harry Wu to cheat the Congress, the SEC and the shareholders and the public. For example, when my shareholder proposal of human rights was finically placed to the June 2011 annual meeting of shareholders, I was threatened by Harry Wu to ruin my family for months. I forwarded these threats to Yahoo but Yahoo refused to do anything. I was forced to file a complaint to the Delaware court in February 2012.

Now Yahoo's evil finally becomes public, see, for example, enclosed please find my new shareholder proposal to Yahoo.

It is very sad that you and the Congress were cheated so long. I wrote you on this issue before but you did not reply me. It is time for you, dear Democratic Leader, to take the right action now to help our Chinese human rights community here in the US, here in the Bay Area.
