開始新的工作已經兩周,雖然是在同一家公司,還是IT,但畢竟是在一個以前沒有工作過的部門,感覺很多事情要學,也很新鮮。本文願意跟大家分享一下新部門的最大不同之處。
歡迎我來新部門上班的是一個很特別的email,在我應該開始新工作的前兩天,收到了一個DRB送的email。Email是這樣開始的,“百草,你好!歡迎你加入我們的部門!DRB(Donut Review Board – 甜點監督協會)發現你已經違反我們甜點條例的第6條,務請在一周內給大家帶來甜點。DRB的敦促是沒商量地,你可以認為這是最終警告。”
媽呀,人還沒到,就讓人給盯上了!email還發給全部門,啥意思?不就是大家監督你帶甜點嗎,還說什麼第6條,俺給上供甜點還不行嗎!
一上班就發現,幾乎每天都收到這個DRB的email,今天張三違反了第1條、明天李四又觸犯了第3條等等。嘛意思?難道真有什麼條例規章嗎?當俺收到第3個這樣的email時,終於忍不住仔細看了一下email。哈,email里有一個link,言曰甜點條例。打開一看,讓俺樂的不亦樂乎,呵呵,現在俺是明白美國的大胖子都是怎樣吃出來的了。

甜圈,名詞,一種油炸蛋糕,狀似小圓環。閒話少說,這裡,我們可以把這個詞廣義化。這裡的甜圈我們可以理解為廣義的甜點,比如蛋糕、餅乾、巧克力糕、甜餅、雞腿、冰激凌等不限。務請不要考慮你的腰條。當然,你也可以帶蔬菜和水果,但請附加一些能發胖的食品,或者正常定義的甜點(比如胡蘿蔔蛋糕、草莓奶酪蛋糕、檸檬方糕,等等)。可以是自做或者是店裡買的甜點,只要美味合口。
如果你有如下事件,那你就應該給大家提供甜點了。
1. 生日
2. 工作周年日
3. 懷孕—你要做父母了、做祖父母了、做太祖父母了、做姑姑、姨、伯母、舅舅、叔叔、伯父,總之是你的什麼家人要添丁進口了
4. 新父母
5. 新祖父母、太祖父母、太太祖父母,以此類推
6. 部門的新人(俺是犯了這條哈)
7. 離開部門(除非你是被炒魷魚被人押出去的)
8. 你做了什麼並影響了工作(已經被人察覺的那種)
9. 訂婚

11. 就因為你高興,而且你知道你高興
12. 賣了房子
13. 買了房子
14. 裝修了房子
15. 給房子重新貸款
16. 搬到新公寓了
17. 搬到老人院了
18. 搬回父母家了
19. 父母搬到你家了
20. 孩子搬走了
21. 孩子又搬回來了
22. 入美國籍了
23. 坐上了公司的專機
24. 吹牛要坐公司的專機
25. 賣了車輛(包括汽車、船、卡車、度假車、三輪車、自行車、滑板、滑輪車、野營車等等)

27. 跟車輛有關的意外,比如車禍、汽車罰單、卡車的擋板掉了等等
28. 受傷—無論是意外還是犯傻(你或者別人),給出例子,但請您比照採用,像

36. 把飲料灑在椅子或者桌子上
37. 醫療檢查,不局限於以下例子:腸透鏡、刮掉紋身、鼻竇手術、急診
38. 忘記帶筆記本電腦上班
39. 忘了帶手機上班或者回家
40. 你故意不帶手機或者電腦上班或者回家
41. 算錯夏令時或者冬令時
42. 開車撞了鹿、浣熊、負鼠、松鼠、鴿子、犀牛或者野人
43. 中午溜出去辦私事丟了車鑰匙,沒法回來上班

54. 你投機取巧想用一次甜點,包羅你觸犯多次甜點條例
55. 沒啥原因,我們就是告訴你,應該帶甜點了

Noun donut (dō-nŭt) - A small ring-shaped fried cake. However, at our company this definition has been expanded to include far more variety. Examples include (but are not limited to) donuts, cookies, cakes, brownies, kringle, chicken legs, ice cream, etc. A waist is a terrible thing to mind. Thus, Fruits and Vegetables are only acceptable as long as a less healthy option is also provided or if combined with more traditional treats (i.e. carrot cake, strawberry cheese cake, lemon bars, etc). Treats can be either homemade or store bought as long as they're tasty.

54.You’ve tried to combine multiple treat offenses into one treat.
55. Because you are told to.
