川普讲到，选举之夜我在所有关键州处于优势，一天之后这些优势神秘消失，我们将在这些州提起讼诉。

共和党为使关键州宾夕法尼亚停止计票工作向最高法院提出申请。共和党要求：

【该州法院此前做出的到11月6日为止收到的邮寄选票将被统计的决定无效】

•川普律师：总统有权诉诸所有法律程序。

•宾州计票方法超越人类数学。

•选举日后计入的选票数，违反《联邦宪法》。

•川普要求重新计票。

一方面，证据正在收集，并且越收集证据越多，甚至在垃圾箱里、臭水沟里发现大量“选票”！

另一方面，总统已经宣布，11月3日之后的选票无效。

早在9月份，只是威斯康星一个州要求延长3天，当时川普团队就曾发出提告，这样做违宪。当时最高法院驳回上诉，以5:3驳回。注意这个个案仅仅针对一个州。

现在的延迟邮寄选票计票的5个州，全部违宪，故此，这5个州的“延迟邮寄选票票”无效。
