I just got a message that says the president is requesting that every registered voter send him a snail mail letter to demand a full audit of all 50 states.

He will use this as evidence to the supreme court. He is asking all of us to send him hardcopy letters as evidence we the people are demanding an audit. Please do this tomorrow. 川普讲到，选举之夜我在所有关键州处于优势，一天之后这些优势神秘消失，我们将在这些州提起讼诉。

共和党为使关键州宾夕法尼亚停止计票工作向最高法院提出申请。共和党要求：

【该州法院此前做出的到11月6日为止收到的邮寄选票将被统计的决定无效】

•川普律师：总统有权诉诸所有法律程序。

•宾州计票方法超越人类数学。

•选举日后计入的选票数，违反《联邦宪法》。

•川普要求重新计票。

一方面，证据正在收集，并且越收集证据越多，甚至在垃圾箱里、臭水沟里发现大量“选票”，死人投票……

另一方面，总统已经宣布，11月3日之后的选票无效。

早在9月份，只是威斯康星一个州要求延长3天，当时川普团队就曾发出提告，这样做违宪。当时最高法院驳回上诉，以5:3驳回。注意这个个案仅仅针对一个州。

现在的延迟邮寄选票计票的5个州，全部违宪，故此，这5个州的“延迟邮寄选票”无效。

美中两国，风马牛不相及。美国人的常识和中国人不同，因此，不能用自己的常识作为对“政治、经济、军事………等社会问题的认知和判断。

那位问了，难道美国人就不吃饭、不拉屎么？吃喝拉撒睡，人都是一样滴！靠，您问得有理，不过回答这个问题，无须在下兄弟我劳心费力了，我家的狗就可以代劳，只因猪狗在吃喝拉撒睡上和人一样。不仅如此，狗比习SB的中国人聪明，用不着“厕所革命”，更不用擦屁股纸。

中国人的常识建立在极为简单的基础之上，三句话，1、“党政军民学、东西南北中，党是领导一切的”，2、尊于一腚、定于一尊，3、裆中央只有一只鸟。

在美国常识二中，我们知道了《联邦宪法》的作用：建立政府、定义政府、保障美国人基本权力。

三、《联邦宪法》中表述“自己的政府”理念的最开头、最重要的三个字是什么？

答案：We the people

《联邦宪法》一开始说：“我们美国人民，为了建立一个更完善的联邦，树立公平的司法制度，保障国内治安，筹设共同防卫，增进全民福利，是我们自己和后代子孙，永享自由的幸福，乃制定和确立这一部美国宪法。”

用We the people这三个字，联邦宪法表述出，人民建立了政府，政府为人民工作并保障人民的权力。在美利坚合众国，赋予政府的权力来自于人民。这被称为“大众政权”（popular sovereignty）

We the People

The Constitution says:

“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

With the words “We the People,” the Constitution states that the people set up the government. The government works for the people and protects the rights of people. In the United States, the power to govern comes from the people, who are the highest power. This is called “popular sovereignty.” The people elect representatives to make laws.

问：We the people，说就简单，做起来可真不那么容易。中国也We the people吗？哪需要解释一下，改变国家主席不可连任的重大宪法条款时，为什么the most of people in this country have nothing to say and nothing can say? 有人还居然异想天开认为people混成这样了。看见苏联的垮台就会转性替统治者卖命做男儿了？你说是不是神经有毛病？

答：中国没有“我们人民”这样的说法，连写法都没有。

问：最简单的反击就是“这是欺骗”哈？那我还真巴望着哪天中国的统治者也能这么样“欺骗”我们一把。

答：这么说也算是一种说法，不过，美国骗人是“we the people”。中国骗人是：党是人民亲爹娘，邓小平是人民的儿子、习大撒币是人民的大爷也就是伯父……再来个狗书记还不知道是人民的神马东西……你觉得你愿意受哪一种欺骗？

美国的We the people.“人民”的含义与中国不同，更着重于个体的集合，在英文中，两个人以上就是people，人民不是整体，也不是大多数。
