【注】要不是朋友組局約飯，我還不知道年初才開張的“火鍋面港粵點心館”到了年中竟然回歸傳統已改叫“功夫3”。老闆沒變，變的倒是烹飪技法，看來市場競爭調控經營格局，而消費者需求又決定了商業模式。就我個人體驗來講，前者嘗得是預製菜香，後者則品得是家常料理；但對於精通中式菜餚的我們自然各說不一，聚會更樂得暢所欲言。
