【注】离开加拿大宽岛(Sydney)港后便迎来通往加拿大绿地“格陵兰”岛的第二个航海日，闲得没事想要吐槽一下“公主·勇者”号的菜肴，用“齁”字爆料它的烹饪秘笈恐怕一点都不过分，不知是为了粉饰食材的新鲜度，还是欲靠盐来减少食量以求达到节省成本的目的；总之，这次“公主·勇者”号看似需要重口味调剂，几乎所有的点餐比起扬州酱菜有过之而无不及，难到这样才能解决吃客的下饭问题？

与崇尚无盐料理的老母亲相比，我的口味算得上偏重，麻辣酸甜咸全然不在话下，即便如此还是无法消受“公主·勇者”号的咸。“好厨师一把盐”，毕竟再名贵的食材也离不开几块钱一包的盐，但如果饭菜过咸而让厨艺饱受诟病，那么服务品质肯定会大打折扣。都说“食不厌精脍不厌细”，口味清淡不仅象征物质富足，而且还标定烹饪水平。
