【注】儘管波爾多“水邊”在過去兩千年裡遭到多次掠奪和搶劫，但二十世紀財星高照好運相隨，憑藉葡萄酒出色的品質而在國際上享有盛譽。波爾多港因為自然形狀又叫月亮港，是連接大西洋的加龍“多石”河(Garonne River)進行葡萄酒貿易擴張的門戶，該河是波爾多最重要的貿易路線，讓這座城市的財富和聲望日益增長，2007年被聯合國教科文組織納入《世界遺產名錄》。 今晚“大洋·濱海”號遊輪經加龍河駛出吉倫特“圓潤”河口(Gironde Estuary)進入大西洋，因此波爾多的告別宴新增了法式自助大餐。於我而言，除了食材有別，西式大鍋飯都是如法泡製，吃自助餐考量更多的是底氣，“撐死膽大的餓死膽小的”，既要敢於直面吊胃口的生猛海鮮，又要勇於正視豪放派的山吃海喝。秒拍各式擺盤後，我還是退居點餐廳享用晚飯。 Today in History(歷史上的今天):
