Underlying quadriceps femoris tendon pathology is possible. Comments: There is interval development of the Patella Baja. Joint space narrowing, subchondral sclerosis, and marginal osteophyte formation are seen at the patellofemoral and medial femorotibial compartments with bone-on-bone contact at the patellofemoral compartment. There is no suparatellar joint effusion. Soft tissue swelling is seen as superficial to the distribution of the distal quadriceps femoris tendon. Today in History(历史上的今天):
