【The Sun】

        Each day the yellow sun rises over the hill.

        The woods glow, the dark beast,

        Man: hunter or shepherd.

        Blood-fish surface in the teeming pond.

        Under the dome of heaven,

        the fisherman drifts in his blue boat.

        The grapes ripen slowly, the corn.

        When day slumps to a close,

        Good and Evil are poised.

        Night falls.

        The wanderer lifts his heavy eyelids.

        The sun breaks from the dark ditch.

【《太陽》】

農夫•特拉克爾(1887生—1914卒)

            每天金色的太陽越過山巒。

            樹林美，黑暗的動物們，

            人也美；獵人或農夫。

            魚兒紅色的身軀從綠色的池塘中躍起。

            天穹下

            漁夫在他藍色的小船上平穩地游弋。

            穀粒，葡萄串兒，慢慢地成熟。

            當平靜的日子行將結束，

            惡的和善的都已經備好。

            當夜色來臨，

            朝聖者不費力地抬起他沉重的眼瞼；

            太陽從陰暗的山谷中破出。

【注】薩爾茨“鹽”堡米拉貝爾“奇異”宮擁有著名的巴洛克風格樓梯和巴洛克風格花園，奧斯卡獲獎電影《音樂之聲》的主題歌《字母歌》就是在眼前這座奇異花園拍攝的。

1996年，薩爾茨堡歷史中心被聯合國科教文組織列入《世界遺產名錄》。
