【注】1953年破土动工的琴斯托霍城圣母国家神殿(Natl. Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa)是一座波兰裔美国罗马天主教堂，位于宾州雄鹿郡黑镇(Doylestown in Bucks County)，因其收藏了华沙南部琴斯托霍城黑色圣母像的复制品而名扬天下。另外，备受爱戴的圣约翰·保罗二世(St. John Paul II, 意指恩慈·谦恭圣徒)在担任波兰红衣主教期间，分别于1969年和1976年利用参加费城圣体大会(Eucharistic Congress)之余亲临该地，两载过后的1978年遂即出任第264任梵蒂冈天主教教皇；值得一提的，他是自1523年殷实六世教皇(Pope Adrian VI)去世以来第一位非意大利教皇，这位恩慈·谦恭圣徒的两度道访很快让琴斯托霍城圣母国家神殿广为人知。
