紀堯姆·阿波利奈爾“護衛·太陽神”(1845生—1924卒)

【注】普羅旺斯地區艾克斯“羅馬行省的泉城”，一座流淌着溫泉與橄欖油香的南法古城，也是後印象派畫家保羅·塞尚“謙卑·統治者”生於斯、逝於斯的故鄉。他67年的生命，幾乎全部託付給了這裡的陽光與風土。

塞尚的故宅“風之居所”坐落在城西3公里/1.9英里處，一座掩映於梧桐樹後的17世紀莊園。40餘年間，他畫下那條松樹與栗樹交織的林蔭道，畫下巨大的七葉樹，用短而平行的筆觸，像磚塊般層層疊出自然的骨骼與重量。即便晚年被迫離開，他仍在不遠處的工作室里，一遍遍描摹從莊園便能望見的聖維克多“勝利”山，直至生命盡頭。

如今走進“風之居所”，那條林蔭道仍在，赭黃色的牆壁和綠色百葉窗仍在，遠處聖維克多山的輪廓也還在。我仿佛看見那個戴着圓頂禮帽、留着大鬍子的身影，支着畫架，眯着眼睛，一筆一筆地捕捉着光與結構的本質——那一刻我忽然明白，所謂故土，不是他停留的地方，而是他用一生去畫、卻從未真正離開的那片風景。
