我喜欢芥蓝，不仅因为花蕾肥嫩、枝茎清润，轻易就能刺激食欲；更因它青绿营养，主导着健康饮食的新潮流。凉拌的芥蓝沙拉、清蒸的芥蓝丸子、烘烤的芥蓝馅饼，或是芥蓝鸡、芥蓝牛、芥蓝虾、蒜瓣烧芥蓝——只要用芥蓝当配料，我样样爱吃。“芥蓝如菌蕈，脆美牙颊响”，900多年前苏轼早已赞不绝口。 这个端午节周末，我特意携老带幼，为朋友新开的“妹子亚洲餐厅”道贺捧场。餐厅位于柳树林购物中心，距家不到20分钟车程，店面不大却优雅舒适，很有家的温馨。老板群弟来自香港，老板娘香草来自福州，一妹是香草的昵称——店名尽显老公对娇妻的钟爱。两口子酷爱唱歌，粤语卡拉OK唱得有板有眼，磁性十足，是朋友圈公认的“歌唱家”。更令人羡慕的，是他们之间那种祥和的默契，真是天造地设的一双。他们的儿子嵩赫跟我家童少曾为光华中文学校同窗，多年电子游戏中出生入死，课间10分钟也要切磋，竟培育出颠扑不破的友情。 我们先从头台开始，各自点了酸辣汤——芹菜胡萝卜刀工细腻，猪肉丝软嫩适度，酸里透甜，甜中带辣，柔和淳香。主菜选了青椒蒜苗蒙古三鲜、海鲜烩时菜和芥蓝点缀的干烧豆腐，清鲜嫩爽滑香六味俱全，酸甜苦辣咸五滋调和，非同一般。最后以意大利可可咖啡杯和巧克力松露收尾，主人还特意送上一份绿茶冰激凌给童少。后会有期，妹子亚洲餐厅。 走出餐厅时，夜风正好，街灯把招牌上的“妹子”两个字照得温润。我忽然觉得，这家店真正的滋味，也许不在那些精心调制的菜肴里，而在于它把两段背景不同的人生用同一张菜单串在了一起——香港的厨艺、福州的香料、粤语的歌喉、英文的菜单、中文的店名。而那盘以芥蓝点缀的干烧豆腐，正像是这一桌混合了多重身份的美味，用一种清绿而持久的底色，把不同的味道收纳在同一只盘子里。我们这些在异乡求生存的朋友，不正像那些芥蓝吗？无论被放在哪个菜系里，都保持着自身的挺拔和脆嫩。而这样的夜晚，这样一盘菜，已足以让我们相信：在陌生土地上，温暖是可以被端上桌的。  妹子亚洲餐厅(Mei's Asian Diner 06-24-2012)
