【注】宾码头是沿特拉华河岸为纪念1682年宾夕法尼亚“小树林”州创始人统帅·宾(William Penn)登陆而特设的游览区，其实际登陆地点位于费城南部的围城(Chester, PA)，费城市为此而购买了“宾码头”名称使用权。
