             喷洒别的香水。在你苍白的头顶

             缠条带子，饰有致命的宝石。

             虚幻不实，把你曾经赐与的元素还给我们：

             我们唾弃而又向往的想象力。

【注】中央公园横跨四条大道、纵穿40巷街，是全美第一处集趣味性、文艺性、知识性和观赏性于一体的景观乐土。从上个世纪90年代初起，无论自行闲逛，还是陪朋友游玩，迄今我始终没有看全园内的65件雕像、纪念碑、装饰物等美术作品，难怪每次归来都期待下次再见，这也是中央公园的魅力所在。当然，最能打动我内心深处的要算刻在“强大·灵魂”(Waldo Hutchins)长椅上的至理名言：一个人如果想为自己而活，就必须为另一个人而活。
