石鸟，永恒不变。化作他，你 而你，化作他并愿你化作。这是 无异于其它的音响。必将结束。 【注】哈特伯勒“制帽城”是美国独立战争期间著名的弯木战役(Battle of Crooked Billet)所在地，用以缅怀在对抗英军的战斗中牺牲的费城“兄弟之爱”民兵。1778年5月1日，受命切断英军补给的约翰·莱西“神慈·快乐”将军(Militia of Gen. John Lacey)率领民兵部队在弯木小酒馆扎营，未料英军出其不意发动夜袭，结果被打得溃不成军，伤亡极其惨重。
爱沙尼亚裔路易·康“著名战士·小船”(Louis Kahn)是二战后涌现出来的美国知名建筑师，擅长纪念碑风格和野兽做派，突出建材特色，使他跻身20世纪最重要的建筑师名列。诺曼·费舍尔“北方人·渔夫”之家(Norman Fisher House)是路易·康于1964年设计建造的九座房屋之一，它由两个近乎完美的立方体组成，与当时大部分传统作品迥然有别。 以下大多数建筑已载入《国家史迹名录》。
