時時在靈里禱告，且為眾聖徒祈求

請我們先禱告

主，求你眷臨我們每一個人，並摸著我們；摸著我們的靈，使你能得著我們，我們也能得著你。使你有路為著你的恢復往前！

6:17 還要借着各樣的1禱告和祈求，2接受3救恩的頭盔，並那靈的4劍，5那靈就是神的6話； 6:18 時時在1靈里禱告，並2盡力堅持，在這事上3儆醒，且4為眾聖徒祈求， 6章17節 注 禱告是一般的，祈求是專一的，二者都是為着我們過正確、得勝的召會生活。這是為着遮蓋我們的心思、思想，抵擋那惡者射到我們裡面的消極思想。這樣的頭盔，這樣的遮蓋，乃是神的救恩。撒但把威嚇、憂慮、掛慮和其他叫人軟弱的思想，注射到我們的心思里。神的救恩就是我們抵擋這一切所拿起的遮蓋。這樣的救恩，就是我們在日常生活中所經歷那拯救的基督。 那靈的4劍: 在神軍裝的六項中，惟有這一項是為着攻擊仇敵的。 話: 指那靈在一切情況下，所說即時的話。劍、那靈和話，三者乃是一。聖經中常時的話，成了即時的話，就是那靈，也就是劍，可以擊殺仇敵。
